The Music Ministry at Lafayette Avenue is a vital and essential part of who we are as a Church.
The Lafayette Choir lifts spirits of all who hear them as they sing a wide variety of music including Anglican cathedral music, standard American anthems, spirituals, psalms and new compositions. The Lafayette Inspirational Ensemble has developed a reputation as one of the most exciting and innovative choirs in all New York. Jazz Vespers are services that include scripture, poetry readings and a short message, where the music is the sermon. The Lafayette Organ was built by the Austin Organ Company in 1910.
